Abstract

天然气以高压方式通过长输管道输送到终端用户后，通常需要通过调压设备进行降压处理，以便与用气设施匹配。国内外的现实情况是，调压过程中天然气内蕴含的巨大压力能不仅被白白浪费掉，而且还因为急剧降温对调压及管道设备运行安全构成威胁。研究压力能回收利用技术，将其用于发电、冷库、冷水空调、制冰、滑冰场、空气分离、干冰生产、橡胶深冷粉碎以及天然气轻烃分离等领域，节能效果显著，同时可消除生产过程产生的噪音和设备安全隐患，经济、社会效益都将十分可观，市场推广应用前景广阔，对于提高能源利用效率、促进循环经济发展有着重要的现实意义。
