对燃气冷热电三联供项目进行前期论证是非常重要的。本文根据国家政策和三联供项目应用情
况，采用模糊综合评估法，构建了项目前期论证评估体系；可辅助决策者从战略高度评价燃气冷
热电三联供项目的可行性、选择项目的启动时机。
