Abstract

随着杭州天然气市场的快速发展，上游天然气供应总量限制与下游用气需求快速增长的矛盾越来
越突出，给城市燃气管网的安全运行带来很大的压力。建立GPRS远程抄表系统可以帮助企业实
时掌握大用户用气负荷变化信息，有助于企业在气量调度、运营管理上的科学决策。但国内建成
并稳定运行的远程抄表系统很少，各家单位开发的监控软件和远传终端设备没有统一的技术标准
和通讯接口标准，系统兼容性和可维护性差。本文系统阐述了杭州在组建燃气远程抄表系统过程
中的设备选择标准、安装验收技术，为推动燃气行业远程抄表技术发展提供了宝贵的经验。
