Abstract

合理确定城市天然气用户发展策略，是实现资源有效配置和保障燃气行业健康、可持续发展的
客观要求。本文介绍了城市天然气用户发展的基本原则，分析了各类用户用气规模、调峰需求
和价格承受力等方面的特点，在合理确定用气结构方面给出了建议。
