Abstract

“十二五”是天然气大发展时期，天然气价改势在必行。在新形势下，按照天然气用气性质从类
型用户管理入手，探索技术保障和人力资源、企业管理优化方法，提升企业管理水平和经济效
益，驱动燃气企业可持续发展。本文以北京燃气开展非居民采暖用户专项管理为例进行了初步
探讨。
