Abstract

本文以湘潭—衡阳天然气高压管道改造实践为例，从施工前期准备、施工组织与技术要求、施
工流程、作业步骤、应急准备及紧急事态处置等5个方面介绍了天然气输气管道不停输开孔、封
堵、换管技术应用情况，并指出了施工中应注意的各类问题，为推动不停输换管技术发展提供了
宝贵的经验。
