本文提出了燃气公司信息化建设的五层架构，将燃气公司信息化建设划分为信息采集层、信息支
撑层、业务管理层、经营管理层及战略决策层5个层面。文中对各个层面的主要信息化系统的功
能做了简单介绍，并指出了系统之间的相互关系和数据流。本文对中小燃气公司信息化系统的规
划及建设有一定的指导意义。
