Abstract

燃气安全是社会安全重要组成部分，高压燃气在城市公共安全中尤其重要。本文就北京市
“十二五”期间，高压燃气管网迅猛发展所面临的严峻形势，以及运行管理中的实际问题，重点
围绕管网运行安全，从燃气稳定供应和社会影响等多角度、多方位分析和阐述。同时，对解决种
种实际问题和可能的新情况，提出建设性意见和建议，以便更好适应北京高压燃气迅猛发展，保
证高压燃气管网的安全稳定供应，切实承担起应有的社会责任。
