Abstract

北京市民用燃气事业起步较早，老旧住宅区内的部分燃气管道由于使用年限较长、管材和管道防
腐层质量差、缺少电保护系统，造成管道的金属流失较大，导致燃气管道穿孔、裂缝或断裂，并
发生燃气安全事故，管理方式的落后加剧了上述情况的发生。本文通过对旧住宅小区燃气管道存
在的安全隐患类型进行分析，确定合理的设计思路，提出一些具有可实施性的改造技术方式，为
以后各地实施旧住宅小区燃气管道技改工程提供参考。
