旅馆建筑分布式能源系统的经济性分析

Abstract

   使用动态负荷软件对北京的一个旅馆建筑计算了逐时电力、采暖、制冷、卫生热水负荷,分析了负荷特性并与国内外的负荷指标进行对比。为该建筑配置了6种天然气分布式能源方案和1个传统供能方案,计算了对应的年运行费用与设备初投资;通过经济性分析,得出结论:传统方案初投资比分布式能源系统方案低,但运行费用较高。微燃机配置为2台C65时投资回收期最短。在3种微燃机配置情况下,余热优先供热比制冷的经济性要好。
