基于管网仿真的区域管网联通供气分析实践

Abstract

为探究某燃气公司中压管网互联互通后的供气安全,本文基于流体运动方程,搭建了在线管网仿真模型开展仿真分析。仿真结果表明:主管网A满足管网M的联通供气要求,中压A管网不低于220kPa前提下,联通后管网A对管网M的还可新增用气量约1 100m3/h;管网M气化站反供管网A的最大反供量可达4 504m3/h;按0.2元/m3的气源价差计,每年可节约气源成本约789万元;可见,在线管网仿真系统可以指导管网联通建设、运营,且不同气源有明显价差时,气源调度经济性显著。
