Abstract

随着我国经济的发展，职业经理在企业经营管理中的作用越来越显著，职业经理人的队伍越来越壮大，我国职业经理人的市场化和职业化进程在逐步加快。进入天然气时代后，中国燃气行业产业链变长、变宽，逐步实现发展市场化、股权多元化、员工社会化，这为建立职业经理人制度提供了良好的环境。实行注册执业管理也必须为逐步建立职业经理人制度打基础。
