Abstract

本文通过分析安全管理与风险管理的关系，提出了一种基于风险的城市燃气管道的安全管理方
法。结合某市工程实例，运用风险矩阵图和模糊综合评价对潜在风险进行评估排序，确定风险
性质并采取合理措施，以达到安全管理的目的。
