竞争。在此大环境下，民营企业牵手国外大型油气企业，优先保障LNG进口资源供应，

新奥集团、广汇能源成功租赁中国石油LNG接收站，打通了LNG进口通道，并大手笔

规划LNG接收站，新奥集团舟山LNG接收站开建。为加快民营企业LNG贸易发展，利

用SWOT分析法对中国民营企业LNG贸易发展的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了综合分

析，结合层次分析法和专家打分法，得出中国民营企业LNG贸易发展战略定位为SO战略

模式。
