Abstract

标准规定燃用天然气的采暖热水炉测试时需采用基准气纯甲烷,目的是为了统一比较基准,而通过多次的色谱分析可知,上海地区管道天然气的成分较为稳定,低热值和华白数均没有明显变化,此外,和天然气相比,甲烷价格昂贵,且不易获得,因此本文根据国家标准GB 25034-1010《燃气采暖热水炉》搭建试验台,分别对纯甲烷和上海地区天然气下燃气采暖热水炉的排放和效率进行了测试和比较。结果表明:燃用天然气时的热效率均使用比纯甲烷时高,部分负荷下更为明显,而CO和NOx等污染物排放的差异并不明显,可以考虑使用燃用上海地区天然气条件下采暖热水炉的性能测试结果近似评估燃气采暖热水炉的性能。
