In view of the problems faced in the use of aging equipment in natural gas stations in the Guangdong region, this paper analyzed the risks of aging equipment. By combining the characteristics of equipment management and frontier technologies, this paper proposed the preventive maintenance methods for aging equipment and the key points for the transformation of aging equipment without maintenance value, so as to reduce the probability of failures, avoid various resulting accidents, improve the reliability and safety of aging equipment, and ensure the safe and stable operation of natural gas stations.
