China Gas Association has positioned gas as the “basic energy and safety core system of good houses”, but a matching technology system has not yet been established. This paper aims to transform this positioning from a directional expression into an operable technical scheme. This paper proposed the concept of new standard gas configuration for “good houses”, that is, with reference to water and electricity standards, constructing a technology system adapting to the basic energy positioning for indoor gas facilities. This paper took synchronous delivery with buildings as the benchmarking basis, and described the technical core with four attributes: reusability, replaceability, upgradability, and maintainability. This paper divided the system into four layers: pipeline pathway, control safety, information model, and interface reservation. New pre-installation and existing renovation followed one path respectively, and then this paper conducted technical responses from four dimensions: safety, comfort, greenness, and smartness. This paper clarified the inclusion and extension relationship between the new standard configuration and the three current mandatory requirements, established a four-level compliance link of “safety distance, leakage alarm, emergency shut-off, and joint control disposal”, and explained the implementation path that pre-installation pre-embedding creates basic conditions and post-installation activation is the ultimate goal. After the positioning upgrade, the technology paradigm must make corresponding adjustments to support the implementation of the path. The supporting engineering paradigm is difficult to fully match the full-dimensional implementation requirements of the four major connotations, and has functional boundary limitations; the basic energy paradigm requires integrated overall planning. Under the standard framework of good house construction, this paper suggests the synchronous integrated pre-embedding standard configuration of gas, water, and electricity as the upgrading and development direction of the industry, which does not replace the minimum safety requirements of the current national standard. The four attributes are the natural products of the technology system adapting to the positioning upgrade, and also provide a technical framework for the industry to move from fragmented exploration to systematic integration.
