This paper focused on the core issue of the collaborative integration of gas and building. In the context of the transition of China’s housing market from “incremental supply” to “quality improvement” and centering on the construction requirements of “good house” premium projects, this paper systematically explored the core value and practical pathway of their collaborative integration in improving residential quality and promoting the high-quality development of the industry. By comprehensively analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the collaborative integration of gas and building, this paper demonstrated its implementation foundation from the three dimensions of policy support, market demand, and industry cooperation, and detailed the specific implementation pathways for the collaborative integration of gas pressure regulating stations and buried pipe networks, outdoor gas introduction pipes, indoor gas risers and decorative pipes, and gas security facilities with building design. It aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving residential quality, ensuring gas safety for residents, and promoting the collaborative and high-quality development of the two major industries.
