Taking Hefei City as an example, this paper systematically summarized the current impact status of gas pipeline engineering under the application background of prefabricated housing and building energy conservation technologies. This paper analyzed in detail the impacts brought by prefabricated energy-saving housing in aspects of design and construction timing, structural form, and spatial layout on the laying of indoor gas pipelines, the routing of risers, and the arrangement of facilities such as gas meters and valves. Combined with engineering practice, this paper listed the typical problems existing in links such as building facade aesthetics, production and on-site installation of precast components, adaptability design of gas pipelines, and construction connection, and provided corresponding solutions to reduce the adverse impacts of prefabricated energy-saving housing on the safety and operation of gas pipelines. This paper provides a reference for the collaborative design and construction of prefabricated energy-saving housing and gas pipelines in the future.
